Thank you for coming by FemVincible.com / LaBCaF.com / cranfordblackmon.com!
I am redesigning the website! However…

I still want you to have the big picture of what I do to support your organizations, agencies, or private groups. So, I will tell you about it here- It will just be a little more plain than before. But check back often.
BTW, I’ll also be adding the NEW Light Bearer Gallery™ to the updated website!
To set up a zoom visit or an in-person chat, you can reach me at cranford@femvincible.com.

Violence Prevention and Protection for Women: FemVincible

FemVincible™ is a series of programs I created after a young woman who is like a daughter to me was attacked in her home and did what women are commonly taught to do to stop the attacker. But as is too often the case, it didn’t work, leaving her in the hospital with permanent injuries. So I built a course that WOULD work for women of every size, shape, and physical ability level! I incorporated skills from my military, law enforcement, anti-terror experience and a large dose of psychological warfare so that avoiding, stopping, or escaping an attacker wouldn’t be focused on strength or athletic skill. It would be focused on using an attacker’s mind and his own survival system against him. FemVincible™ is like nothing else out there!

The Light Bearer™ Programs- supporting male survivors of trafficking, childhood sexual abuse, and other traumas

Speaking / Mini-Training Events: Freeing the Lost Boys

The numbers of male survivors of trafficking, childhood sexual abuse, and teen /adult sexual abuse is shocking- mostly because you almost never hear about it. But there’s a reason for that. And that same reason is why there are hardly ANY resources available for men ANYWHERE!

I help advocacy groups, schools, colleges, first responders, and other concerned groups see inside the mind of male survivors using my own experience of years of childhood sexual abuse and trafficking. Then I teach them how to begin helping all the boys and men who have kept silent about their trauma for years and often decades. But even more importantly, I teach how to create an environment that will give men, teens, and boys the courage to come forward without feeling like they are a failure at being “a man!” That is the bigger issue because no matter how much you WANT to help them and no matter how many resources you have for them, if they don’t feel comfortable coming to you, they won’t get the help they so desperately need.

Freeing the Lost Boys™ can be presented as a 1-hour talk/mini-course or a 3-hour course. Longer programs can be provided based on the needs of your agency or organization.

What they say about us

“This class makes you think about what could happen and helps you not to feel powerless when it does. It is taught by people who do really care about your safety and they want you to be able to protect yourself. Well worth the time and cost to come and learn such valuable information.”

Catherine H. ~ Pinson, AL

“LaBCaF helped me prepare mentally for victory in a potential attack and gave me the practical tools to win against an attacker.”

Bethany B. ~ Auburn, AL ~ Graduate Student

“There are certain situations I have always been afraid of being caught in, because I didn’t know what to do to get out of them. I know how now, I don’t have to live my life afraid of men anymore.”

– Tori Q. ~ Calera, AL

“I purchased the Legs and Brains, Claws and Fangs Self-Protection Course for my daughter that is about to go off to college. At first, She was very hesitant about taking your class but she came home after attending the full course, and started telling and showing me a lot she had learned. Thanks for the service you provide. It should be a requirement for young women.”

J. Williams ~ Chelsea, AL

“My experience with the two day LaBCaF class was very eye opening and useful in furthering my knowledge of options available to me in potentially dangerous situations. Day one was preparing me to recognize all the options (tools) that are around us every day that can be used for protection, not just for ourselves, but also, our loved ones. Day two put all the pieces in place for me and now I am confident I will be a survivor.”

D. Holloway ~ Homewood, AL
